The City is inviting quotations for the services of an experienced Contractor for the CCTV Inspection of sanitary laterals at various locations, as detailed herein. The program will include CCTV inspection of approximately 2,000 sanitary laterals assigned for tractor-mounted pan & tilt lateral launch camera. Deliverables to be supplied by the Vendor will include inspection reports using NASSCO’s Version 7.0.4 Interchange database format and PDF format, and inspection media files on a monthly basis. All inspection records submitted by the Contractor will be subject to quality review and submissions that do not conform to the requirements of this specification will be rejected. The City reserves the right to assign any portion of the work, where deemed expedient, to the City’s own employees, if and when prevailing conditions and situations permit, without contravening any and all applicable laws and regulations governing this project.  The successful respondent shall provide NASSCO LACP Version 7.0.4 compliant inspections for approximately 2,000 sanitary laterals.
