This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Inspection and Contract Administration for the Watermain Replacement on Davis Street, Homewood Avenue, Berkley Avenue, and West Street Contract as described in the RFP documentation, with an estimated construction start date of July 23, 2024 and a completion date of August 29, 2025.
