This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This procurement is being conducted as a joint procurement led by the City of Port Colborne on behalf of the following organizations (the “Participating Agency/Agencies”):
Proponents who are currently under contract to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City or other NPPC agencies must also respond to this RFP to be considered for future work assignments. |
