This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Port Colborne (The City) and the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Natural Environmental Services in support of Detailed Engineering Design for East Side Sewage Pumping Station Forcemain Replacement and Barrick Road Watermain Extension and Design of East Side Employment Lands Watermain, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). |
