Description: 

Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Port Colborne (City) seeks to retain services from prospective proponents for implementing real-time monitoring and management of its water distribution system at a minimum of 10 locations. The City is seeking to actively monitor both pressure in the water system as well as for water leaks as they occur as part of initiatives to minimize non-revenue water. This RFP seeks a vendor who can provide the hardware, software, and knowledge necessary to allow the City to take a more proactive approach in water system management.
