The Works consists of the supply of all labor, materials, plant and equipment required to remove existing light standard poles, arms and fixtures, and install new light standard poles, arms and fixtures, as required all as per the drawings and Special Provisions. Additionally, the Works consists of the relocation by CNP of the high-voltage lines and transformers currently on the wood poles along West Street underground.
