This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for engineering services to complete the detailed design of the multi-use trail on Welland Street from Clarence Street to Lake Road and the reconstruction of Welland Street from Nickel Street to Rodney Street in the City of Port Colborne, as further described in the RFP documentation.
