This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (“the City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Supply and Application of Dust Suppressant, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This procurement is being conducted as a joint procurement led by the City of Port Colborne on behalf of the following organizations (the “Participating Agency/Agencies”):
Bidders who are currently under contract to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City or other NPPC agencies must also respond to this ITT to be considered for future work assignments. |
