The City of Port Colborne is requesting qualified contractors to bid on and complete the necessary sanitary sewer rehabilitation project including relining of sanitary sewer pipes in multiple locations, repair of existing maintenance holes, installation of “top hats” at lateral locations, sealing and associated inspection and testing. The purpose of this project is to reduce inflow and infiltration to the City's sanitary sewer system. The City has issued the ITT including location maps to be able to plan for the relining of the specified sanitary sewer pipes commencing in the Spring of 2024. |
