This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Rental and Installation of Fencing for the Annual Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Canal Days is a 4-day festival with a live concert series and a street festival component. The City requires the supply, installation, and removal of event fencing for the concert series taking place on Friday and Saturday of the Civic Holiday Weekend. In 2027, the concerts will take place on Friday July 30th and Saturday July 31st. |
