This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Watermain Replacement on Davis Street, Homewood Avenue, Berkley Avenue, and West Street Contract as described in the ITT documentation, with a completion date of August 29, 2025.
