This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the “City”) to prospective consulting firms (each a "Proponent") to each submit a proposal (a "Proposal") for services related to prepare a new Official Plan for the City of Port Colborne, as further described in the RFP documentation. These services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”), will be a complete strategic replacement of the City’s existing 12-year old plan, and will be created in conformity with the 2022 Region of Niagara Official Plan. |
