Description: 

The City of Port Colborne is requesting qualified contractors to bid on and complete the necessary replacement of the existing outlet on Neff Street at the weir canal. The Neff Street outlet replacement is required due to obstructions causing blockages, resulting in the backup of the storm sewer system and hindering drainage. The City has issued the ITT including design drawings to be able to plan for the replacement of the outlet repaired prior to the Spring of 2024.
